Services
Three services, taken alone or together.
Each one stands on its own. Together they form a sequence: a site that makes you findable, tools that answer when you cannot, and processes that stop costing you hours.
01. Web
Website, fixed scope
A site your customers will open on their phone, in the street, on an average connection. That constraint decides everything else.
What the package includes
- 4 to 5 pages: home, services, about, contact
- Two languages of your choice: French, English or Arabic
- Built mobile-first: most of your visitors will never open your site on a computer
- Loads in under two seconds on a Moroccan mobile network
- A WhatsApp button on every page
- Google Business Profile created and linked to the site
- A contact form that lands directly in your inbox
- Hosting configured, domain name connected, site handed over in your name
- How it runs
- A one-hour briefing, in person or by video call → design draft → two rounds of revisions → launch.
- Timeline
- 2 to 3 weeks from briefing to launch, assuming your texts and photos are available.
- Ownership
- The site is yours: code, domain name, hosting, all registered to you. If you change provider, you take it with you.
- Price
- Quoted after the briefing, once the scope is written down. One figure: no hourly billing, no line items appearing halfway through.
02. AI
Useful AI, not decorative AI
AI is only worth anything when it is attached to a problem you already feel: customer questions that come back a hundred times, a task someone redoes every Monday, information that has to be retyped from one tool into another.
Chatbots and assistants
An assistant that answers your customers' recurring questions (opening hours, availability, prices, order status) on your site or directly inside WhatsApp, in French, English or Darija.
Tuned to hand over to a human as soon as it leaves its scope, rather than inventing an answer. An assistant that says "let me pass you to a colleague" is worth more than one that is confidently wrong.
Process automation
The work someone at your company redoes every week: re-entering orders, sorting emails, producing a quote, chasing unpaid invoices, turning incoming messages into customer records.
We list them, measure what they actually cost in hours, then automate the ones that deserve it. We always start with the same question: does this task deserve to be automated? Often the answer is no, and we say so.
Integration with your existing tools
AI plugged into what you already use (invoicing software, spreadsheets, CRM, inbox, WhatsApp) rather than one more tool to open in the morning.
The best tool is the one your team doesn't have to learn. If the automation needs two days of training, it will not get used.
03. Digitalisation
Findable, and reachable
Many SMEs don't need a large project. They need the basics to work, and those basics are often half-configured, or not configured at all.
WhatsApp Business, properly set up
Product catalogue, greeting message, away message, quick replies for the questions that keep coming back, labels to sort conversations, access from several devices for your team. It is the channel your customers already use. It may as well work for you.
Google Business Profile
Creating the listing or taking over an existing one, verifying the business, opening hours, photos, service area, replying to reviews. This is what decides whether you get found when someone searches for your trade in Agadir from their phone.
Digital funding programmes
Guidance on Mowakaba and Digital PME: what these schemes actually cover, the eligibility conditions, the documents to gather, the timelines to expect.
We do not file the application for you and we promise no outcome. Our role stops at helping you work out whether the process is worth your time, and sometimes the answer is no.
Common questions
What people ask before starting
What does a project cost?
The price is quoted after the briefing, once the scope is written down. Naming a figure before we know your situation would be guessing, and a guessed quote only ever gets corrected upwards.
How long does it take?
Two to three weeks from briefing to launch, assuming your texts and photos are available. That is the deadline that goes into the contract.
Which languages do you work in?
French and English, written and spoken, and Darija on the phone. A site is delivered in two languages of your choice.
Do you work on site or remotely?
On site in Agadir and across the Souss-Massa region: we prefer to hold the first meeting in person there. Beyond that, we work remotely, by video call and WhatsApp.
A question about any of these?
Describe your situation in two lines on WhatsApp. We will tell you honestly whether it is a fit.
